The mission of I AM YOU is to impact the lives of the at risk female population between the ages of 16 - 24 years who are in need of quality assistance and help due to their living in physically and economically impoverished, violent, and drug infested environments. We endeavor to help these young females who are susceptible to the ills of rage, crime, drugs and early pregnancies, and who are in need of a bridge from this devastation to a path of success by teaching the skills needed to aspire to and accomplish quality lives in the future. I AM YOU programs and service provide Mentoring, Etiquette, College and Career exploration/development, and Retail Training with concentration on Entrepreneurship creation.

We are committed to helping meet the needs of our participants and to provide service to all persons with the highest regard for human dignity. I AM YOU in collaboration with its linkage partners, will provide accessible and high quality support opportunities for participants, while reinforcing the value of personal achievement, change and growth by development of personal attitude, and behavioral skills competencies. We will provide opportunities for successful role modeling, and life skills training needed to transition negative and hopeless behavior in their schools, communities, and in their families, thereby helping them remove and conquer obstacles that interfere with them achieving comprehensive success in their lives, business careers, and entrepreneurial goals.
